The gun shop connects stage rewards to faster or easier clears. A useful visit begins before you reach the shop: finish a manageable stage, claim its reward pad, and know which weapon you are considering. Then compare the current price with the matching wallet, buy once, confirm equipment, and test under the same conditions.
Claim before shopping
Follow the stage counter until the target is complete, then locate the reward pad. Read its displayed amount, activate it, and check your balance. Returning to the shop without claiming can make the next weapon look farther away than it is.
Keep the pad reward separate from the total balance. Earlier runs, codes, boosts, and purchases can all affect the wallet. A creator saying “865” does not prove the previous stage paid 865.
Read the shop panel
Before pressing purchase, identify the gun name, currency label, cost, requirement, and active state. Current public footage alternates between Medal and Trophy language. Use the exact labels shown together in your server and do not assume a conversion.
If the option shows a stage, level, or Rebirth requirement, treat that separately from price. Enough currency may not satisfy an unlock condition. Likewise, standing beside the weapon does not prove it is purchased.
Buy and confirm equipment
Use the current purchase control and wait for the response. Open inventory or read the nearby label, then require an Equipped state or select the equip action. If the wallet changed but the old gun remains active, check inventory before buying again.
Return to training and observe the equipped name or output. A visible model change is helpful, but the active label and repeatable result are stronger confirmation.
The dated Laser example
September tutorial footage clearly shows Laser priced at 600 Trophies. With a matching balance of 330, the shortfall is 270. With 865, a 600 purchase leaves 265. This is ordinary subtraction, not a forecast of how many stages you need.
If your live price differs, use it. Do not report the old value as a bug, and do not assume Laser is the best purchase merely because its price is readable.
Test the purchase fairly
Keep fixed
Stage, target, Power, level, Rebirth count, active Buddies, boosts, platform, and graphics.
Change once
Equip only the candidate gun. Do not open a new Buddy capsule or Rebirth during the same comparison.
Measure
Clear time, hit uptime, reload gaps, deaths, training display, and whether aim remains comfortable.
Decide
Keep the gun in the route when it delivers a meaningful reliable improvement for its cost.
One boosted account’s training result is not a base-stat table. Use creator footage to recognize the menu sequence, then measure your own account.
Purchase or Rebirth?
A gun purchase changes equipment; Rebirth changes the account’s Power state and may reset progress. If an affordable gun clearly improves the current route, testing it can be sensible. If shop prices are far away and the Rebirth panel shows an available power increase, inspect Rebirth before grinding without a plan.
The complete gun-retention rule across Rebirth is not established publicly. Read the reset confirmation before buying immediately ahead of a reset. After Rebirth, check inventory and equipped state rather than assuming the gun vanished or remained active.
Purchase or Buddy capsule?
If the weapon is hard to control or obviously weak for the stage, the gun may be the better target. If the current gun clears reliably but active Buddy slots are empty, compare the capsule cost and stock. Keep enough currency for only the choice you intend to test; buying both at once makes the result difficult to isolate.
Use Buddy Guide for the separate capsule-to-equip sequence.
Troubleshoot the shop
The purchase button does nothing
Check the matching wallet, unlock requirement, stock or availability state, and whether a confirmation is open. Move away and reopen the shop before repeating the purchase.
My balance changed but the gun did not
Open inventory, look for the owned item, and select Equip or Equip Best if offered. Rejoin only after checking the normal equipment route.
The price differs from this guide
Use the current shop. Public values are dated examples, and balance updates can change cost or requirements.
The new gun feels worse
Confirm it is equipped, then compare on the same target. Check sensitivity, frame rate, reload behavior, and hit uptime before deciding the purchase failed.
Common shop mistakes
- Shopping before claiming a completed reward.
- Comparing a pad reward with a gun price as though they are the same field.
- Buying from a mismatched Medal or Trophy display without reading labels.
- Pressing purchase repeatedly before checking inventory.
- Assuming the most expensive visible gun is the best value.
- Testing on a harder stage and blaming the weapon.
- Changing Buddy, Power, and gun together.
- Ignoring platform comfort when copying a creator recommendation.
A repeatable shop note
Record date, gun, displayed currency, price, requirement, starting balance, ending balance, equipped confirmation, comparison route, active boosts, and result. This small record distinguishes a real shop change from a different account state.
For names and known fields, continue to the Guns Index. For earning and claim logic, use Medals.
Evidence status: buying better guns with earned currency is part of the official loop. Reward pads, Trophy wording, equipped labels, and the 600-Trophy Laser example come from dated community walkthroughs and must be checked against the live shop.
